Rap Up

Nas might be ready to hang up the mic and put on a suit full-time.

The Queensbridge rap legend is still celebrating the 20th anniversary of his debut album, Illmatic, but he’s apprently looking down the road.

Nas will be launching his own label. Mass Appeal records will be an extension of his latest venture with Mass Appeal magazine. Rumors say that Detroit rapper Boldy James will be the labels first signee.

James denied that rumor via twitter recently.

Congrats to Nas and Boldy. Check out some footage of Boldy joining Nas on stage at SXSW below
