This past weekend, the city of Los Angeles celebrated PRIDE festival. The one-day showcase featured two acts who were favorites of those in attendance.
Singer Jennifer Hudson and rapper Azealia Banks headlined the show.
Banks even took time during her set to address comments she made in the past that might be deemed offensive to many.
“I sincerely want to apologize to anyone who was hurt by the things I’ve said in the past,” she said. “I won’t go into it but you KNOW what I’m talking about. It wasn’t nice and it wasn’t fair. . . I hope the entire LGBTQ community will forgive me.”
