The NBA and Mens college basketball have been the talk of the sports world when it comes to hoops, but there’s something great happening on the high school level.
Recently, the two of the top ranked players in their class and two of the best teams went head to head recently. Jahlil Okafor and his Whitney Young team played fellow top ranked senior Cliff Alexander and his Curie HS squad for the Chicago Public School title. The game was everything you thought it would be.
After 4 overtimes, Curie pulled out a win, making Okafor and Whitney Young, back to back losers in the city championship game.
