Yesterday, Mister Cee posted on Instagram that his interview with GQ magazine was out. In the interview, Cee spoke about his life in hip-hop, the scandal that rocked his career and caused a debate in hip-hop that many thought we would never have about homosexuality and it’s acceptance in the culture.

Excerpts of the interview have made their way to the net. In the interview, he speaks about how his friend the Notorious B.I.G. would’ve supported him through the scandal.

Mister Cee is confident would stick by him if Biggie were still alive.

“Oh, I know that. I know Big stands next to me. I have no question in my mind.”

Lord Jamar

Fans of Yelawolf are upset about Lord Jamar and his comments about their favorite rapper. Thanks to Vlad TV, Jamar has become the spokesperson for anything related to hip-hop and it’s acceptance or not acceptance of homosexuality.

Some comments he made on the subject drew the ire of Yelawolf. In a interview with Vlad TV, when asked about Jamar’s comments about homosexuality in hip-hop, he told the Brand Nubian member that he needs to “Shut the fu*k up” and that boundaries can’t be placed in hip-hop.

Yelawofl

Yelawolf’s fans took to twitter to express their support for him. None of that sat well with Lord Jamar. Jamar went on twitter to tell Wolf to chill before he got himself beat up. After a few back and forth tweets, the two seem to come to one agreement. They two need to have a face to face meeting.

What I did respect about Jamar and how he handled the situation by putting the blame squarely on who really started this nonsense, Vlad TV.

Lets hope cooler heads prevail in this.

Lord Jamar

Lord Jamar found himself in the middle of controversy when he gave his 2 cents on Mister Cee, Macklemore and homosexuality in hip-hop.

Many responded to the interview via twitter, but one artist in particular got a response. Hopsin took offense to Jamar’s comment about Macklemore

He would tweet

“f*ck this b*tch a*s fool and his definition of hip-hop. macklemore represents something bigger,” Hopsin tweeted.

Hopsin

It only took a couple of hours for Lord Jamar to catch wind of Hopsin’s tweet, and he retaliated in kind.

“So some THAT’S SO RAVEN a*s N*GGA named @hopsin is talking sh*t…FUCK him and his followers,” he tweted.

Lord Jamar

Lord Jamar has been vocal about homosexuality and how it should play no role in hip-hop. He found his way back in the spotlight last week when he spoke about Mister Cee after the Dj resigned from Hot 97.

Vlad Tv gives us another exclusive interview Jamar. This time the topic is Macklemore and his pro-same sex marriage song, “Same Love.” Listen to Lord Jamar’s interview below

Lord Jamar

Lord Jamar of Brand Nubian has spoken openly about homosexuality and hip-hop. So it’s no shock that when he listens to audio that allegedly features NY radio host  Mister Cee soliciting a transvestite and gives his honest reaction and thoughts on the situation. He also explains how he thinks hip hop will react to the allegations this time around, and if he believes Mister Cee’s legacy will be tarnished.
