50 cent isn’t the type of guy you want to play with like that. Fif takes everything personal, especially his family. So when he saw former G-Unit affiliate Trav, snapping pics with his on on IG, 50 decided to leave a message for him.

Trav posted this picture with the caption,

A California father whose son was reportedly bullied at school has filed a restraining order against the 9-year-old boy allegedly responsible for the abuse.

Stephan Feuder said he had no other option than to get the restraining order after the boy allegedly assaulted his own 9-year-old son on the grounds of the 700-student Rolling Hill Elementary School in Fairfield, Calif. The alleged assault happened on March 13 as his son was trying to protect another student from abuse, Feuder said.

“My son was protecting another little boy that was being bullied by the known school bully,” Feuder told ABC News today. “My son stepped in between them and then my son was pushed, my son pushed him back and subsequently after that the little boy came up and punched my son in the face.”

But school officials noted that an isolated incident does not necessarily constitute bullying, and furthermore, the district must act according to many rules and laws.

Feuder said he learned about the incident after his son called him from the school’s bathroom. The school district, according to Feuder, was unwilling to step in.

“They don’t want the school to look bad,” Feuder said.

So, Feuder sought and obtained a temporary restraining order from a judge at Solano County Family Court, which stipulated that the alleged bully must remain 2 yards away from Feuder’s son at all times and have no contact with him whatsoever.

“Basically, it’s never happened before against a 9-year-old child,” Angela Feuder, the boy’s mother, told ABC News regarding the restraining order. “But there is actually nothing saying that it can’t be done.”

The restraining order must be served by Solano County Sheriff’s Office officials within five days in order to go into effect. In order to do that, officials need the alleged bully’s first and last name and full address. The Fairfield-Suisun Unified School District has been unwilling to release this information, citing confidentially laws, school officials said.

“Bullying is a serious issue and we understand that,” school district Superintendent Kris Corey told ABC News. “In order for it to be bullying it has to be repeated over time. This particular situation — there have been some incidents that my administrator has addressed.”

“We are a public school and are governed by a lot of laws and regulations,” Corey said. “We just can’t expel somebody and kick them out of school, there are certain laws we have to follow.”

He has a court date on April 2 to try and convince school officials to release the alleged bully’s full name and address so the restraining order can be served.

Law enforcement officials said the case may be the first of its kind.

“I’ve been in law enforcement for 15 years. I personally have not heard of a restraining order naming a 9-year-old as the restrained party,” Solano County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Daryl Snedeker told ABC News.

Parental reaction to the restraining order against a 9-year-old has been mixed, the Feuders said.

“The comments are very mixed,” Angela Feuder said. “It’s kind of insane to have to file a restraining order against a 9-year-old child, but the school district is supposed to be under zero tolerance for bullying and nothing has been done at this point so we have kind of run out of options.”

Stephan Feuder echoed those sentiments.

“To the parents that are the naysayers that say, ‘we can’t believe you are doing this,’ I understand your point of view, but what happens if it was your little boy or little girl who was the victim? Would your opinion still be the same?” he asked.

A teenage father has been arrested for allegedly biting off the nose of his infant son, causing a skull fracture and brain hemorrhage.

Police say 18-year-old Joshua Cooper, of Fairfield, Calif., “bit the child’s nose off while he was crying and he was frustrated he was not able to ease the child’s crying.” He has been charged with child cruelty and aggravated mayhem.

“There was a substantial amount of blood,” Fairfield Police Sgt. Troy Oviatt told KXTV. “It was a fairly gruesome scene.”

The baby is in stable condition at an Oakland hospital, but one third of his nose is missing. Police are investigating how he sustained the other head injuries.

Neighbors were shocked at Cooper’s arrest. One told the local news station he was a proud new father.

Late this past week, singer Brandon Howard claimed that he is the illegitimate son of pop icon Michael Jackson. He took his evidence to Filmon.com to show DNA results that showed a 99.99999% chance that Jackson was his biological father.

The claim was scrutinized from the second he announced it. This new bit of evidence won’t help matters.

TMZ has allegedly obtained a photo of the DNA document and their calling shenanigans on B Howard.

The test results are said to have come from a place called,”DNA Lab,” based out of Ireland. TMZ searched for the lab, but found no reference of it in the country.

They didn’t stop there. Next, they did the most obvious thing, the searched Google. Taking a page from the MTV show Catfish and conducted a simple Google image search of “DNA results.” That turned up a bunch of sample docs with the same exact easily-stealable format

They then did a Google image search for “DNA logo” and the first result was the same DNA pic used in the “DNA Lab” logo. The logo from the so-called DNA testing lab was ripped from “Terminator Salvation.”

Howard hasn’t responded to the TMZ’s claims as of yet.

Rap legend Scarface had a scare recently when his son went missing in Los Angeles. Face’s 20-year-old son Brandon Jordan was reported missing a week ago by his mother Melissa Lollis, after he stormed out of her home angry and without his wallet or cell phone.

Brandon has a mild form of autism, and apparently got upset and decided to leave his mother’s Los Angeles home without telling her where he planned on going.

“He just got agitated, didn’t want to talk about it no more, and just stormed out of the house with nothing,” his mother Melissa said.  She only began to worry after she realized he left without his cell phone and wallet and she had no idea where he was heading.

The LAPD contacted Ms. Lollis and informed her that they found he son alive and well.  The LAPD has yet to announce where exactly Brandon was found, but the good news is, he’s alive and in good condition.

A distraught dad threw himself and his 3-year-old son off the roof of a 52-story West Side skyscraper Sunday in a holiday death plunge that apparently stemmed from a custody battle, police said.

The 35-year-old man, Dmitriy Kanarikov, died after jumping from the Lincoln Square tower at 12:05 p.m. The red-haired tot, Kirill, dressed in Christmas pajamas, died moments later at St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital, cops said.

The shocking tragedy came just three months after Kanarikov, an immigrant from Ukraine, wrote on his Facebook page how he aspired to be an outstanding parent and spouse.

“I want to be the best dad and husband — nothing is more important to me right now,” Kanarikov wrote.

His estranged wife, Svetlana Bukharina, boasted on her Facebook page in March, “I have the best husband and son in the world.”

But apparently their home life imploded in recent months.

Kanarikov and Bukharina split, and the cherished time he had with Kirill was curbed by a custody fight.

Their breakup was so fraught with anger that they had to meet in a public place — the NYPD’s 17th Precinct stationhouse — to drop off and pick up their son, a source said.

Kanarikov picked up Kirill at 10 a.m. Sunday at the designated precinct and was to return him there at 1 p.m., the source said.

“This is a private matter for my family and my friends,” Bukharina told the Daily News when reached on her cellphone at the 20th Precinct stationhouse.

Cops said the bodies landed on the roofs of two different buildings neighboring the South Park Tower at 124 W. 60th St., where Kanarikov tossed his son and jumped to his death.

The father’s body was found on the roof of a low-rise building at 425 W. 59th St. while the son’s landed atop a four-story building at 445 W. 59th St., police said.

It remained unclear Sunday night why Kanarikov, who lived in Brooklyn, went to the luxury high-rise, where apartments rent for $3,300 to $6,350, to end his and his son’s lives.

Kanarikov worked as a lead systems analyst for TIAA-CREF, a Manhattan-based financial services company, according to his LinkedIn page.

His only connection to the building is that he had a friend who once lived there, a police source said.

“He goes into the building with the child. Then, we believe to the roof, based on a witness,” the source told The News. “It would appear that he dropped the child and jumped afterward.

One witness told cops of seeing father and son fall past the window of a 29th-floor apartment and others described hearing the sickening thuds of the bodies hitting the rooftops below.

“I heard a boom!” said Adam Gutierrez, who works in the emergency room at the nearby hospital. “The way it sounded, they must’ve jumped from high up.”

Luis Ortiz, a maintenance worker, said he was in the emergency room at St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital when little Kirill was wheeled in.

“The little boy had Christmas pajamas on,” Ortiz told The News. “They were working on him, but nothing. You could tell that he was already slipping away.”

He said the tragedy, just three days before Christmas, was heartbreaking.

“Being a parent to two kids myself, my heart goes out to his family,” Ortiz said. “You gotta take care of your children when they’re here.”

While it was unclear what triggered the deadly incident, records show Kanarikov and Bukharina had a recent spat over custody of Kirill.

A source revealed that one of the parents complained that the other failed to return their son to her within his allotted time period.

Kanarikov’s Facebook page is full of photos of his once-happy family.

Pictures showed the parents doting over their boy on family outings at the beach.

One poignant photo shows three footprints in the sand — those of two adults flanking the footprint of a child.

Tenants at the South Park Tower could not fathom a single justifiable reason for any father to take his child’s life.

“You see people and they have a face like yours and mine, it doesn’t tell you a story,” said Ellie Adiel. “It’s shattering to think someone could go that far, that it has to be that bad.”

At least four uniformed police officers and a detective could be seen canvasing residents in the lobby of the building — which was the tallest tower on the Upper West Side when it was built in 1986.

“This is shocking,” said Joydep Ghosh, who’s lived in the building for about seven years. “The neighbors are very good people. I’ve never had any problem at all. There are a lot of kids, a lot of dogs.”
