Last year, the San Antonio Spurs were minutes away from winning their 5th NBA championship. A late rally from Lebron James in Game 6, led to a Game 7 that the Heat dominated.

That loss sat in the minds of everybody in the Spurs franchise. So much that after beating the OKC Thunder in Game 6 of the WCF, Tim Duncan spoke with certainty that his squad will pull out the big win this year.

Check out his remarks during last nights press conference here

Tonight, the OKC Thunder are looking for an upset in San Antonio. With the series tied up 2-2, tonight would be a great night for the youngins from Oklahoma City to claim control of the series.

With plays like this, the upset might be in the making.

Ok, the Miami Heat won. As much as I hate to admit, it did happen. Lebron James and company are the champions in the NBA for the years 2012-2013 after taking down the San Antonio Spurs in a dramatic game 7.

I guess nobody told NBA TV that.

This past weekend, NBA TV ran an alternate championship commercial featuring the San Antonio Spurs. In the commercial, they also have a number that you can call to buy Spurs commemorative championship shirts and other merchandise.
